The movie is the story of three friends Kabir (Abhay), Imran (Farhan) and Arjun (Hritik). Kabir works in his fathers construction company, Imran write tag lines for advertisements and Arjun is a stock broker in London. Kabir gets engaged with Nathasha (Kalki), based on the pact the three friends made during their college days all the three goes on a bachelor trip to Spain before the wedding.

The special clause in their deal is that all each one will get to choose a place and activity in Spain which will be a secret to other two so that no one will make an excuse to avoid the place. All the friends land in Spain and they start with Kabir’s preference Costa Bravo and his choice of activity diving and there they meet Laila (Katrina) who is their diving instructor. Laila works in London but spends two months in a year traveling and doing odd jobs to enjoy life. Arjun who is afraid of water.
